A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Azerbaijan-Turkey Businessmen Association (ATIB) and the Education Development Fund (EDF) at the Sustainable Development Center of Azerbaijan Technical University.

On September 25, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Azerbaijan-Turkey Businessmen Association (ATIB) and the Education Development Fund (EDF) at the Sustainable Development Center of Azerbaijan Technical University.

 

Opening the event, Chairman of the EDF Board Elnur Nasibov stated that the Fund aims to support the integration of education and entrepreneurship and to encourage students toward innovative initiatives. He emphasized that joint projects with ATIB would significantly contribute to the development of public-private partnerships.

 

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Azerbaijan Technical University, Nurali Yusifbeyli, noted that cooperation between educational institutions and the business world would strengthen students’ practical skills and help them meet labor market demands.

 

Chairman of ATIB's Board Mursel Rustemov highlighted the important role of Azerbaijani and Turkish businessmen in supporting education and shaping future generations. He stressed that through this cooperation, the parties aim to promote both the development of the business environment and the enhancement of young people's knowledge.

 

Rasul Hashimov, Head of the Project Management Department at the EDF, gave a comprehensive presentation on the projects implemented by the Fund.

 

A Q&A session and an info tour to “Peerstack Academy” during the event provided participants with opportunities for further information sharing and networking.

 

It should be noted that the parties will implement the cooperation within the framework of initiatives aimed at supporting youth entrepreneurship, “StudentPlus” and “EducationPlus” cards, scholarship programs, infrastructure initiatives, and other projects as mutually agreed.
