On June 24, a delegation led by Ahmet Yaşar, Chairman of the Board of the Insurance Association of Türkiye (TSB), visited the Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association.

On June 24, a delegation led by Ahmet Yaşar, Chairman of the Board of the Insurance Association of Türkiye (TSB), visited the Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association.

The delegation was received by Mursel Rustamov, Chairman of the Board of ATIB.

First, Mursel Rustamov briefed the delegation on ATIB’s activities and spoke about the Association’s cooperation with Turkish businesspeople to date, as well as its role in developing ties between them and local businesses.

Ahmet Yaşar, Chairman of the Board of the Insurance Association of Türkiye (TSB), in turn, spoke about the Association’s activities. He emphasized the important role of the insurance sector in accelerating economic growth and further strengthening the investment environment, and particularly highlighted the importance of mutual exchange of experience and strategic cooperation.

The sides then exchanged views on the existing economic relations between Türkiye and Azerbaijan, development trends observed in the insurance sector, as well as opportunities for expanding cooperation between the two countries.
