On May 4, a delegation led by Eray Erdem, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALTSO), visited the Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association (ATIB).

On May 4, a delegation led by Eray Erdem, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALTSO), visited the Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association (ATIB).

The meeting was attended by Mursel Rustamov, Chairman of the Board of ATIB; Tamerlan Tagiyev, Trade Representative of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Türkiye; Ali Najafzade, representative of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO); Alper Yaycili, Vice Chairman of the ATIB Board; Lamiya Bayramova, Member of the ATIB Board; and Turkan Manafli, Director of Public Affairs and Communications at Coca-Cola Azerbaijan.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mursel Rustamov briefed the delegation on ATIB's activities, highlighting the Association's cooperation with Turkish businesspeople to date and its role in fostering ties between them and local businesses.

Tamerlan Tagiyev emphasized the importance of increasing the role of the private sector in strengthening economic relations between the two countries, establishing direct links between business communities, and enhancing the exchange of information. He also drew attention to ATIB's contribution in these areas.

For his part, ALTSO Chairman Eray Erdem introduced the Chamber's activities. He noted that the Chamber is one of the key economic institutions operating in Alanya and stressed that one of its main priorities is to bring together entrepreneurs and businesses in the region, protect their interests, and support economic development. He also underlined that the Chamber's activities extend beyond the economic sphere, contributing to social development through corporate social responsibility projects, educational initiatives, and various community events.

Following the introductory meeting, the parties exchanged views on Azerbaijan's favorable investment opportunities for foreign investors, the existing business environment, the conditions created for the development of entrepreneurship, and prospects for future cooperation.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Mursel Rustamov, Chairman of the ATIB Board, was presented with a commemorative gift on behalf of the Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALTSO).
