A Conference on "Labor Relations and Employment: Modern Challenges and Digital Solutions" Was Held in Agdash

On February 27, a conference on "Labor Relations and Employment: Modern Challenges and Digital Solutions" was held in Agdash. The event was organized by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the State Labor Inspectorate Service under the Ministry, and the Executive Power of the Agdash District.

Dedicated to the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty," the conference was attended by the Head of the Agdash District Executive Power, Orkhan Huseynzade, Head of the State Labor Inspectorate Service, Vali Guliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency, Sadiq Aliyev, representatives of the Azerbaijan Confederation of Trade Unions, the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of Azerbaijan, and non-governmental organizations. Additionally, the Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan-Turkey Businessmen Association, Mursal Rustamov, and entrepreneurs participated.

Opening the conference, Orkhan Huseynzade emphasized the significance of the event and the importance of promoting labor and employment reforms. Following this, panel discussions were held on "Innovations and Prospects in Labor Relations and Employment" and "Ensuring Decent Work: Digital Solutions and New Employment Opportunities."

Presentations on the activities of the State Employment Agency and the State Labor Inspectorate Service were delivered, and video clips reflecting state policies were shown.

At the end of the conference, participants' questions were answered. A roundtable discussion was held with entrepreneurs to discuss their concerns and hear their proposals.
