On January 14, 2025, the delegation led by Kamal Chelik, Chairman of the Konya Industrialists and Businessmen Association (KONSİAD), visited the Azerbaijan-Turkiye Businessmen's Association (ATİB).
The delegation was welcomed by ATİB Board Members İlkin Əliyev, Nigar Ələsgərova, and Araz İsmayılov. İlkin Aliyev briefed the guests on ATİB’s activities and highlighted its role in fostering business relations between Turkish entrepreneurs and local businesses.
Kamal Chelik stated that KONSİAD was established to unite Konya-based entrepreneurs across Turkiye and promote cooperation among them. He emphasized that the association organizes various national and international activities to represent and promote Konya’s trade, industry, culture, and historical values.
The discussions also covered industrial investment opportunities in Azerbaijan, projects in the liberated Karabakh economic zone, and incentives available for foreign investors in Agdam Industrial Park and “Araz Valley Economic Zone” Industrial Park.
At the end of the meeting, a commemorative gift was presented to İlkin Aliyev on behalf of KONSİAD.
