On July 8, 2025, the “Karabakh Night” charity concert was organized by the Karabakh Revival Fund with support from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic named after Muslim Magomayev.
The event was attended by government officials, representatives of donor companies supporting the reconstruction of liberated territories, partners of the Fund, and prominent cultural and art figures.
Chairman of the Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, Rahman Hajiyev, emphasized that the proceeds from the concert would be directed toward the reconstruction of Karabakh.
The artistic part of the event featured performances by world-renowned tenor and People’s Artist Yusif Eyvazov, Honored Artist Afaq Abbasova, and soloists Mahir Taghizade and Aytaj Shikhalizade. The concert was accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra of the Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, conducted by Mustafa Mehmandarov.
Following the artistic part, an official dinner was held during which plaques and certificates of appreciation were presented to the concert’s partners and performers.
The 73,000 AZN collected from the concert will be used for the creation of Victory and Occupation Museums in the liberated territories.
