Levent Kızılbağlı, the Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Azerbaijan, was a guest at the Azerbaijan-Turkey Businessmen's Association.

On October 15, 2025, Mr. Levent Kızılbağlı, Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Azerbaijan, whose term of service in the country had ended, was hosted by the Azerbaijan-Türkiye Businessmen’s Union (ATIB).

The meeting, held at the ATIB office, was attended by the Chairman of the Board Mursal Rustamov, Board Member Rafiq Qarayev, and Head of the Secretariat Mehriban Asadli.

Levent Kızılbağlı emphasized that during his tenure, his activities mainly focused on strengthening the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Türkiye and deepening cooperation in political and economic fields. Highlighting the mutual support shown by the two brotherly countries during challenging times, he praised the growing spirit of solidarity and mutual trust over the years. He noted that the existing fraternal ties between the two nations are based on shared history and roots, and underlined the importance of further developing these ties not only in diplomatic relations but also in social and cultural spheres to achieve lasting results.

Chairman of ATIB Mursal Rustamov expressed gratitude to Levent Kızılbağlı for the attention and value he has shown toward the Union’s activities and congratulated him on his new appointment. He emphasized Levent Kızılbağlı’s significant contributions to the development of partnership relations between the two countries and stressed the importance of continuing such initiatives. He also noted that the deep connection and unwavering alliance between the countries are clear reflections of mutual trust and friendship. Mr. Rustamov wished Levent Kızılbağlı success in his future duties, expressing confidence that he would continue to work with the same professionalism and dedication for the interests and well-being of the Republic of Türkiye.

At the end of the meeting, a commemorative gift was presented to Levent Kızılbağlı on behalf of ATIB Chairman Mursal Rustamov.
