On April 14, a delegation led by Erkut Celebi, Chairman of the Board of the Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TTSO), visited the Azerbaijan-Turkiye Business Association (ATIB).

On April 14, a delegation led by Erkut Celebi, Chairman of the Board of the Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TTSO), visited the Azerbaijan-Turkiye Business Association  (ATIB).

The meeting was attended by ATIB Chairman Mursel Rustamov, Board Members Rafig Garayev and Nigar Alasgarova, as well as members of the Secretariat.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mursel Rustamov provided information about ATIB’s activities and spoke about the Union’s cooperation with Turkish businesspeople to date, as well as its role in fostering relations between them and local businesses.

In turn, Erkut Celebi introduced the activities of the Chamber. He emphasized that one of the Chamber’s main priorities is to enhance the competitiveness of its members, support their access to international markets, and contribute to the economic development of the region. He also noted that strengthening cooperation among entrepreneurs and supporting the creation of an innovative business environment are among the Chamber’s key areas of focus.

Following the introductory session, the parties exchanged views on investment opportunities available to foreign investors in Azerbaijan, the business environment, the conditions created for entrepreneurial activity, and prospects for future cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, a commemorative gift on behalf of the Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry was presented to ATIB Chairman Mursel Rustamov.
