On May 25, a business meeting was held through the joint initiative and organization of the Karabakh Revival Fund (KRF) and the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts.
The event, held within the framework of the "Friends of the Karabakh Revival Fund" platform, brought together government officials, the Fund's donors and partners, executives and representatives of the country's leading companies, as well as Mursel Rustamov, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association (ATIB), Board Members Rafiq Garayev, Ilgar Nuri, Muhterem Öz, Ilkin Aliyev, Erdem Ercin, and Mehriban Asadli, Head of the ATIB Secretariat.
The meeting, titled "Investment Potential and Business Opportunities in the Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan Districts," aimed to provide investors with a comprehensive overview of the socio-economic landscape of these districts and the investment opportunities emerging across priority sectors.
Participants exchanged views on promoting the attraction of domestic capital to the region, strengthening public-private sector dialogue, and highlighting the key drivers of the region's economic development.
The event also featured video presentations showcasing the reconstruction and redevelopment projects underway in the Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts, as well as the innovative book project "Reviving Karabakh: The Story of Azerbaijan's Renaissance," written by renowned British author Graham Wilson at the request of the Karabakh Revival Fund.
The meeting continued with a question-and-answer session and discussions. During the exchange of views, participants addressed the role of companies in the reconstruction and development of the Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts, as well as the Karabakh region as a whole, and discussed a number of proposals put forward during the session.
