On September 18, 2025, the Qarabağ Dirçəliş Fondu organized a forum titled “Regional Peace, Cooperation and a Strategic View of Karabakh’s Revival” as part of the business platform “Friends of the Karabakh Revival Fund”, marking the fifth anniversary of Memorial Day.
The event brought together senior figures including Muxtar Babayev (Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan on Climate Issues), Bahar Muradova (Chair of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children’s Affairs), Rəhman Hacıyev (Chairman of the Board of KRF), deputies of the Azerbaijani Parliament, partners and donors of the Fund, as well as representatives of the media and families of the martyrs.
Notable investors such as Ehtiram Quliyev (Founder of Huner Group) and İlqar Nuri (Vice President of Corporate Functions at Veysəloğlu Group) underscored the importance of local enterprise participation in post‑liberation reconstruction efforts.
A panel moderated by Pərvin Bağırova featured presentations from KRF leadership and key experts on themes ranging from sustainable transformation and memory’s role in development to labor‑market readiness and regional geopolitics.
The forum concluded with a Q&A session and the presentation of awards and symbolic saplings to participants. [1]
