On March 18, a commemoration and wreath-laying ceremony was held at the Turkish Martyrs' Memorial in Baku to mark Çanakkale Martyrs' Day and the 110th anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory. The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Azerbaijan, Birol Akgün, the head of the Northern Cyprus Turkish Republic's representation in Azerbaijan, Ufuk Turganer, embassy staff, Turkish businesspeople operating in Azerbaijan, representatives of educational institutions, and a delegation led by Mürsəl Rüstəmov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association. The event began with a tribute to the Çanakkale martyrs, followed by the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Turkey. After laying wreaths at the memorial, the ceremony concluded with a visit to the Martyrs' Alley.
